The family and children are recognized by the Constitution of the Russian Federation as the highest value of the state and are under its protection. The development and upbringing of children, their material support is the most important priority of the state policy of Russia. The problems of childhood and family are under close attention of the President of the Russian Federation. For every child left without parental care, the state guarantees social security. In necessary cases, taking on the duties of parents in relation to children left without care. At the same time, the issues of legislative regulation of the fulfillment of the alimony obligation have not yet lost their relevance. The authors analyze the problem of the expediency of creating an alimony fund in the Russian Federation. In conclusion, they give the relevant conclusions, their own arguments and suggestions.
