In the current economic conditions, in the crisis associated with the restrictions caused by the pandemic of a new coronavirus infection, as well as in the conditions of sanctions restrictions, the state assumes the most important function of regulating market relations when the market itself does not have sufficient opportunities to influence the situation and there is an objective need for state regulation. This regulation is carried out, in particular, by supporting industries that are important for the country. First of all, support is provided to small business as the most important element in the economic system, since the preservation and increase in the number of employed helps to reduce unemployment, and the provision of a wide range of goods and services to the population contributes to the development of the state economy.
