Legal position of military personnel in the public service system.

The article discusses the purpose and composition of the public service system of the Russian Federation. Due to the lack of a legal definition of the legal position of civil servants in Russian legislation, the views of scientists on this issue are given. The main emphasis is placed on the separation of the legal position of military personnel in the public service system. Through a comparative legal analysis, a number of differences and similarities in the legal status of military personnel and other civil servants have been established.
