To the question of the concept and features of the category of capital structures as objects of real estate

the article analyzes the general provisions on capital structures as objects of real estate, gives a concept, distinguishes on the basis of comparison of the latter with buildings, specific features of capital structures. Purpose: to determine the legal status of capital structures by analyzing the corresponding concept, signs and the moment of occurrence of such a status. Methods: abstraction, comparative legal, systemic. Results: allocation of a general definition of the concept of capital structures as real estate objects based on the derivation of its specific features. Conclusions: the study once again convincingly proves the imperfection of legal technique in regulating the general provisions of such fundamental categories for civil turnover as real estate and construction.
