Registration of regional branches of a political party on high aleavance mode

In this paper, the features of the registration actions in relation to the regional branches of political parties are considered. The period of spring 2020 is considered, when the personal reception of citizens in the bodies of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation was prohibited. The legal collision of the inadmissibility of the suspension of the activities of political parties except on the basis of a court decision in conditions of high alert is being investigated. The paper analyzes the legal basis for filing documents for registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation by mail with certification by a notary and through authorized persons of the organization.
