Features of the enforcement of the judicial decision on the adoption of Russian children by foreign citizens

The article analyzes the features of the execution of a court decision on the adoption of Russian children by foreign citizens. The features of the issuance of court decisions in cases of international adoption and the timing of their execution are considered. The procedure for registering a child after adoption by foreign citizens and arrival in the country of residence is given. The key problems of the adoption of Russian children by foreign citizens are identified, related to the complexity of protecting their rights and interests.
