On the issue of organizing cooperation to counteract the illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in the pre-trial detention center

in the article considers the internal and external organization of interaction in the field of illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in the units of the pre-trial detention center. Various definitions of the category «interaction» are given, and the application of this concept to the activities of a pre-trial detention facility is analyzed. The author describes the powers of the head of the pre-trial detention facility from the point of view of the subject of organizing internal and external interaction in the field of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. The analysis of the main directions of organizational activities in the field of combating illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances allowed us to divide interaction into several categories, including the exchange of information in the system of interacting entities, the implementation of specific measures at the request of another or within the framework of an agreement of several departments.
