On some aspects of the legal regulation of private law interests of subjects of civil law in 2021: achievements and problematic aspects

In this article, the authors, analyzing the private law interests of subjects of civil law, noting their diversity, emphasize the importance of their legal regulation aimed at solving the problems of access to quality healthcare and social services, supporting families with children, older people, improving labor relations, which in general aimed at achieving a new quality of life for people. The authors emphasize the importance of the changes made to the Constitution of the Russian Federation aimed at further improving social policy, which implements the dialectical unity of private and public interests, note the need for constant attention to the problematic issues of Russian reality - overcoming poverty, reducing inflation, counteracting coronavirus infection.
