Issues of psychologist and educator participation in criminal proceedings in respect of underage people

There are many important criminal proceeding issues related to psychologist and educator participation in respect of underage people. According to analysis of the Criminal Code, significance and competence of psychologist and educator are not fixed by law in criminal proceedings. If this issue is solved then the rights and legal protection of underage people will be strengthened. Thus, the author proposes to amend the Criminal Code related to proceedings in respect of underage people.
