In the process of socio-economic development, universities have gradually expanded their three main functions: training of talent, research, and service to society. The purpose of the paper is to describe the study of the cultural functions of universities in the field of agricultural revitalization. The scientific novelty of the paper lies in proposing activities that improve the quality of life of rural residents. The authors conclude that a rural revitalization strategy helps universities strengthen benevolent interaction between colleges and the community, and promotes rural revitalization.
