Social institute of morality in Russia – global challenges of our time

The purpose of the study: The article discusses some aspects related to the current state of the institute of morality in Russia. Special attention is drawn to the fact that, on the one hand, there is an official state line aimed at preserving traditional, centuries-old national moral values. But, on the other hand, there are certain difficulties in the development of Russia, in its current situation, which are capable of leveling the value of national morality. In particular, one of the most serious challenges is the process of globalization. As an example, some negative facts related to migration processes are given. Prospects for the study: The study of the globalization process is one of the ways to preserve the traditional, truly national social institution of morality.
