Forensic modeling of the crime event

Proshin Vladimir Mikhailovich  (Advocate, Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, Moscow State Regional University)

The basis of the success of solving a crime is the ability to recreate a forensic model of a crime event that generates the entire set of information about the circumstances that must be proven in the criminal case under investigation. The accuracy and reliability of the information used in the course of forensic modeling, reflecting the totality of the details of the criminal patterns of the formation of a crime event, excludes the possibility of an investigative error and makes it possible to formulate legitimate and reasonable legal conclusions on the case.
