Socially oriented cluster and problems of the efficiency of its functioning

The article is devoted to the problems of functioning of a socially oriented cluster. The approaches of cluster initiatives are considered. The elements included in the social internal environment of the social cluster are analyzed. The foreign experience of creation and functioning of social clusters is considered. Features of the creation of Russian clusters, which are largely called upon, provide social and financial support to citizens for the implementation of their creative projects. Banks, as participants in cluster initiatives, provide financial support to people to combat unemployment and improve the quality of life. A methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the functioning of a socially-oriented cluster is noted. The prospects for the development and functioning of cluster initiatives on the territory of the Russian Federation are identified.
