Features of the introduction of artificial intelligence into the management bodies of the corporation

This article is devoted not only to the issues of the implementation of artificial intelligence in the process of solving corporate governance problems, but also to the coverage of legal aspects of regulating the use of these technologies in Russia. In addition, in the context of the work, the problems of determining the role of artificial intelligence in the development of decisions by the management bodies of a business entity and the problems of introducing artificial intelligence into the corporate management of a business entity were considered. Complementing the competencies and skills of members of the board of directors, participants or shareholders, the sole executive body with the capabilities that artificial intelligence has in the near future can significantly increase the level of efficiency in managing a business entity. As practice shows, artificial intelligence can be implemented in almost all business processes of a corporation, including marketing, personnel management and management bodies of a business entity.
