WORKING WITH DYSFUNCTIONAL FAMILIES: REGIONAL EXPERIENCE IN IMPLEMENTING THE TECHNOLOGY OF INTERDEPARTMENTAL INTERACTION

In the context of the growth of dysfunctional families in the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter – RT), it is important to find new approaches to the organization of work with them. The article discusses the possibilities of the technology of interdepartmental interaction to improve the organization of work with families in a socially dangerous situation (hereinafter referred to as the family in the SOP), using the example of Kazan. The study is based on a quantitative analysis of the social services provided to families with children in a socially dangerous situation in three districts of Kazan ((Novo-Savinovsky, Vakhitovsky, Soviet), for the period 2017-2021. Based on statistical data processing, it was revealed that during the period of coronavirus infection, when families with children in SOP were in particular need of protection and assistance from social service institutions, the number of social services provided decreased. Based on the presented essential characteristics of each stage of the technology of interdepartmental interaction, recommendations for improving work with disadvantaged families have been developed. It is determined that the development and implementation of social projects (programs) aimed at improving the efficiency of social services for the population is one of the priorities of the studied institutions of Kazan. Based on the results of the study, the authors formed recommendations aimed at improving social work with disadvantaged families and their children.
