The object of the present article is new approaches to decision-making in management of a company’s business digital transformation. These new approaches are based on three components: system economics, specific of managerial style and phenomenological modeling. This kind of modeling is being used for a long period already in nature studying and technics for designing production circumstances of particular materials. We offer to accept this experience to arena provided with management of modern companies’ business digital transformation
