DIGITIZATION OF THE URBAN ENVIRONMENT AS PART OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TECHNOLOGIES OF THE SMART CITY PROJECT

The article analyzes the introduction of advanced digital and engineering solutions in urban and municipal infrastructure. Digital technologies are used to improve the quality, productivity and interactivity of city services, reduce costs and resource consumption, and improve communication between city residents and the state. The article also discusses the application of smart city technologies to improve the management of city flows and rapid response to complex tasks. On May 18, 2022 the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation announced the approval of the smart city standard. It includes 18 thematic blocks - in addition to the already existing sections on the digitalization of city services.
