CHARACTERISTICS OF ENVIRONMENTAL OFFENSES IN THE KERCH REGION OF THE REPUBLIC OF CRIMEA

The paper analyzes environmental offenses over a seven-year period in the Kerch region of the Republic of Crimea. The objects of administrative offenses were analyzed, administrative penalties were identified and categories of subjects of economic and other activities prosecuted for violations of environmental legislation were determined. The composition of environmental offenses, as well as subjective and objective factors contributing to their commission were analyzed.
