FEATURES OF NORMATIVE REGULATION OF COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY SUBJECTS OF PUBLIC POWER IN CONSIDERATION OF CASES ON ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES

The scientific work is devoted to the analysis of the legal framework for compensation for harm caused by subjects of public authority, when resolving cases of administrative offenses. The article reveals the procedure for compensation for harm caused by subjects of public authority, using civil law compensation mechanisms in order to recover property and moral damage. The necessity of improving the current legislation is substantiated in order to simplify the procedure for protecting the rights of citizens in legal relations with subjects of public authority when the latter commit illegal actions.
