Termination of a transaction initiated by a creditor outside the bankruptcy process is an important tool for protecting creditors' rights and restoring their financial position. This work examines the mechanisms and procedures associated with the use of Actio Pauliana to terminate a transaction made by a debtor to the detriment of creditors. The paper describes in detail how creditors can apply to the court with a claim for invalidation of the transaction, recovering losses caused by the debtor. The paper also analyzes various situations in which it may be necessary to terminate the transaction, and describes the procedure for considering disputes in court. The work is addressed to specialists and researchers in the field of bankruptcy and protection of creditors' rights, as well as to anyone interested in termination of transactions.
