CONCEPT AND CONTENT FOR THE SERVICE ETIQUET OF THE PROSECUTOR IN RUSSIA

The ethics of prosecutorial activity the provisions of which are regulated by the Code of Ethics of a Prosecutor's Worker, approved by Order of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation of March 17, 2010 № 114, includes norms and rules of conduct and moral guidelines in official and out-of-service activities. In this article the author raises the question of the content of the ethical component in the functional activities of the prosecutor, and also considers the list of ethical requirements for prosecutors in the implementation of their functions when interacting with citizens, conducting supervisory activities, participating in the administration of justice. The author reveals the content of the concept of «official etiquette of the prosecutor», analyzes the interaction with supervised and other subjects at various stages of law enforcement, taking into account the provisions of the Code of Ethics of the prosecutor's worker and other legal acts.
