Cocoa beans are a unique agricultural product that plays an important role in the agri-food trade. The cocoa market is quite stable, but, like the market for any other product, it experiences its ups and downs. The price of cocoa beans depends on many factors, and in this paper the author makes an attempt to highlight and organize them.
