FORMING THE IMAGE OF STATE CIVIL SERVANTS IN MODERN RUSSIA: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

The article discusses the analysis of external and internal factors in the formation of the state civil service in the Russian Federation in recent years. The main trends in the development of the civil service personnel community, its values and professional qualities, as well as the peculiarities of interaction of the civil service apparatus with civil society institutions are revealed. The mechanisms of overcoming barriers and challenges that prevent the creation of a positive image of civil servants are proposed, recommendations for improving the image are given.
