The article examines the differences in the legal status of the liquidator of a regional branch of a political party. The legal aspects of the liquidation of a regional branch of a political party through a unified system of identification and authentication (USIA) in the Ministry of Justice are considered. The article describes the necessary actions when submitting electronic reports via the Internet and the powers of the liquidator. The development of an electronic information system for registration of political parties and public organizations is a necessary modern trend of corporate and interdepartmental interaction.
