TYPES OF DECENTRALIZED MONETARY FUNDS AND THEIR PLACE IN THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The trends of the modern development of financial relations are characterized by the strengthening of the role and importance of decentralized monetary funds. Currently, the state is also an active participant in financial and legal relations. In addition, in the process of privatization, many corporate legal entities have emerged, the existence and functioning of which is focused on the decentralization of finance. The indicated trends actualize the need to analyze the existing types of decentralized monetary funds, including taking into account the determination of their place in the Russian financial system. The article also draws attention to the existence of certain legislative gaps that do not allow to stabilize and streamline financial relations with the participation of economic entities of various forms of ownership.
