ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES IN THE SPHERE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY AS THE BASIS OF ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY

The article is devoted to the study of an administrative offense in the field of entrepreneurial activity as the basis of administrative responsibility. The disclosure of the essence of the concept of an administrative offense in the field of entrepreneurial activity was carried out by studying the features of the concepts of «offense», «administrative offense». Taking into account the specifics of administrative offenses in the field of entrepreneurial activity, the author suggests dividing their signs into general and special. The general signs of an administrative offense in entrepreneurial activity include those that are inherent in all types of administrative offenses. Special signs are additionally classified into basic (signs that characterize all administrative offenses in the field of entrepreneurial activity) and optional (signs that are inherent only in certain types of administrative offenses in the field of entrepreneurial activity). In conclusion, the author's definition of the concept of «administrative offense in the field of entrepreneurial activity» is formulated.
