SOCIAL MANAGEMENT OF MIGRATION IN RUSSIA

The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state and features of social management of migration processes in the Russian Federation. The main attention is paid to identifying and studying the key problems faced by the migration management system in Russia, as well as assessing the potential socio-cultural and economic consequences of migration processes for the country. Recommendations have been put forward to improve Russia's migration policy in order to ensure more effective integration of migrants and sustainable socio-economic development of Russian regions.
