RESEARCH ON WAYS TO IMPROVE THE STABILITY OF ACTIVITIES OF THE INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE

The structure of the methodology for studying the stability of the activity and quality of scientific and technical products of the branch research institute, consisting of seven stages of the management process, is given. The procedure of using the methodology is considered, which includes the development of proposals to improve the stability of the enterprise of the military-industrial complex on the basis of a computational approach. It is indicated that, in accordance with the methodology under consideration, the stability of the activity of an industry research institute can be investigated on the basis of a set of certain indicators. The mathematical model used in the proposed methodology is also considered; the model is a complex of analytical relations that establish the relationship between non-financial, financial and production indicators of the functioning of the enterprise of the military-industrial complex. The analysis of the results of the study of the practical applicability of the methodology in monitoring the performance of enterprises of the State Corporation Roscosmos and the Ministry of Industry and Trade is given.
