TEACHING TEAM AS A MEANS OF INCREASING HUMAN POTENTIAL: FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

The formation of pedagogical teams, as a rule, is carried out in order to solve certain pedagogical, methodological, managerial tasks. Such a team may include teachers of the same or different specialties, methodologists, representatives of the administration of an educational institution, psychologists. One of the main trends in professional industries is communication skills and interdisciplinarity. In teaching, it is equally important to have both professional and supra-professional skills, to have knowledge about current trends in development in society. The purpose of the study is to generalize the experience of foreign researchers in the field of organizing pedagogical teams, to study the goals and objectives that pedagogical teams solve in foreign educational organizations. The theoretical significance of the article lies in the description of the goals and objectives of the organization of pedagogical teams in American, European and Asian organizations of secondary and higher education. The practical significance of the research is to study the experimental experience of teaching teams in foreign educational organizations. The results of the research will allow us to determine the effective mechanisms of working with teams. The search for proven technologies is carried out in order to introduce them into the process of training future teachers. Enriching the curricula of higher educational institutions with modern methods of teamwork, the practice of organizing work in pedagogical teams will allow future specialists to increase the level of readiness for professional activity.
