TRANSFORMATION OF INFORMATION AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT FOR CORPORATE GOVERNANCE IN MODERN CONDITIONS

The article identifies the current problems and shortcomings of information and analytical support in modern corporations. The main components and directions of information and analytical support of management activities by the corporation are considered. It is analyzed how modern information technologies and the digital paradigm affect the transformation of information and analytical support by the corporation towards improvement and functional expansion of capabilities. In conclusion of the article, it is established that information and analytical support in the management of the corporation allows to improve the quality of management decisions made, rationally using funds in order to achieve strategic objectives of the development of the corporate business structure.
