SUCCESSFUL PRACTICES OF INTER-SECTOR SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP IN THE FIELD OF ECOLOGY IN RUSSIA ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE RUSSIAN RAILWAYS COMPANY

The article discusses the concept of intersectoral social partnership (SME) in the field of ecology on the example of the Russian Railways company. The relevance of the topic, as well as its importance for ensuring environmental and social security, is reflected. We have disclosed the concept of SMEs and considered the basic principles of work. Given that SMEs are a complex system, we have identified several types of relationships that can develop in it. It is also important to consider SME activities in the context of the historical, cultural and pragmatic factors that we have uncovered. In order to show the role of the state in SMEs, we reviewed the main directions of legislative reforms. Turning, for example, to JSC Russian Railways, we revealed the specifics of the work of this company. The goals, activities and activities of Russian Railways in the framework of ensuring environmental safety allowed us to form conclusions regarding the company's involvement in SMEs and highlight future trends and development prospects in this area.
