MORATORIUM ON BANKRUPTCY DURING TURBULENCE AS A FORM OF STATE REGULATION DURING SANCTIONS

In the article, the author considers such a form, an instrument of state regulation, as a moratorium on bankruptcy. Our country continues to move in difficult conditions, which began during the spread of the COVID-19 infection and continued during the period of turning point against the backdrop of economic sanctions against the financial system and industry of Russia. Against this background, the state has taken anti-crisis measures aimed at regulating the economic movement of society, to keep it on a controlled vector in order to minimize the consequences of the turning point. The economy is seriously affected, and the moratorium should essentially act as a rehabilitation component of bankruptcy. The article reveals the basic concepts, provides an analysis of the main procedures, examines the effectiveness of such measures, and highlights the main problems.
