FORMATION OF CUSTOMS LAW IN THE SYSTEM OF RUSSIAN LAW

In this article, the main goal is to define the basic term “customs law”, as well as its establishment in the legal system. The author compares the subjects of regulation of administrative and customs law and determines its position in legal science. To this end, the article reflects the history of the development of norms regulating activities in the field of customs.
