PROBLEMS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF COOPERATION IN AGRIBUSINESS UNDER SANCTIONS

An effective instrument for achieving sustainable development goals is cooperation, which is gradually adapting to existence under the dual influence of sanctions. The article identifies barriers to the development of the cooperation system, suggests ways to overcome them, and outlines current trends in the transformation of cooperation. As a result of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that for the development of agribusiness in Russia, it is necessary to systematize the legislation on cooperation, create a legal base for the activities of cooperatives introducing digital technologies, balance the systems of state support and control through digitalization of the state regulation system and technological re-equipment of the production sector.
