LABOR PRODUCTIVITY IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF THE REGION: CURRENT TRENDS AND GROWTH FACTORS

The most important condition for the effective development of agriculture is to increase labor productivity in the industry. The article identifies the problems that cause low labor productivity in agriculture. The dynamics of the main indicators affecting labor productivity is presented. It is noted that digital technologies in agriculture can significantly affect labor productivity. The direction studied in the article is important in the functioning of agricultural organizations due to the fact that the human resource is the main and main resource of any organization. The information and empirical base of the study was the materials of the Territorial Body of the Federal State Statistics Service for the Amur Region, scientific literature. General scientific, including abstract–logical and economic–statistical research methods and others were used.
