ON THE ISSUE OF THE CONTENT OF TECHNOLIC SOVEREIGNTY AS A SCIENTIFIC CATEGORY

The article is devoted to the definition of the content of technological sovereignty as a scientific category, the disclosure of its essential features. It is shown that technological sovereignty acts as a complex and multifaceted category, can be interpreted depending on goals, priorities, set strategies; its understanding may be based on the desire to ensure national security, to increase the competitiveness of the economy, technological autonomy, etc. Analysis of the theoretical base has revealed the conceptual orientation of economic thought in the interpretation of informative features of technological sovereignty, to clarify its definition.
