In the current conditions, innovations form more complex and dynamic economic relations. A new perspective on the development of economic theory is required, capable of adapting to the rapidly changing nature of the modern economy. In this context, the paradigm of advanced develop-ment is a promising direction that allows us to consider innovations in the context of their impact on the long-term development of organizations and industries as a whole. We believe that advanced development is achieved through the effective use of innovative potential at all phases of the life cycle of an economic entity. The purpose of the study is to identify and explain the relationship between advanced development, innovation po-tential and life cycle, combining them into a single management concept. Analyzing these elements as interrelated components, we strive to deter-mine the impact of innovative potential on the rapid development of relat-ed industries and industries at various stages of the life cycle, as well as how to effectively manage them to achieve strategic goals. The concept of managing innovative potential at the stages of the life cycle of the produc-tion complex in the context of a strategy of advanced development.
