THE ESSENCE OF THE CONCEPT OF FAMILY LEISURE, ITS GOALS AND NECESSITY

The article examines the main aspects of the organization of family leisure, identifies approaches to studying its impact on strengthening relationships within the family. The features of increasing the level of psychological health within the framework of determining the need for family leisure are characterized. The main problems of ensuring the effectiveness of the implementation of family leisure are highlighted, the importance of the most important factors in the realization of the goals of this form of occupation is determined. As a result of the research, a review of scientific and practical information was made, the author's definition of family leisure and the main goals of its existence as a category of intra-family relations was compiled, and the author's conclusions were given.
