Small businesses are vital to economic growth, innovation and employment around the world. Various countries have developed unique mechanisms to support these enterprises, focusing on financial assistance, regulatory relief and capacity building. This article examines international experience in supporting small businesses and examines the applicability of these strategies in Russian conditions.
