THE PROBLEM OF SOCIAL ADAPTATION OF PERSONALITY IN THE ENVIRONMENT

In this article, the problem of social adaptation of the personality in the environment is considered. Socialization is defined as a process of assimilation and differentiation. Similarity at the individual level is considered as social harmony. Values, norms and roles that regulate social relations as social forces that unite people are studied and analyzed. The object of research is hierarchical needs, based on the dilemma of order and balance, from biological to social needs. A person is defined as a social being that has a desire to live in harmony with others and feels a sense of belonging to society, which is an urgent problem today. As a result of this desire, he tries to regulate himself and find his balance. The process of acquiring behavior aimed at maintaining balance and conformity with social beliefs, values and expectations is defined as social adaptation.
