PROSPECTS FOR DIGITALIZATION OF PUBLIC SERVICES IN RUSSIA

In recent years, there has been an active digitalization of all spheres of socio-economic life in Russia, where the provision of public services is no exception. To date, the digitalization of public services has already produced significant results that have had a positive impact on the interaction of citizens and businesses with government agencies, increasing the level of accessibility, quality and transparency of public services provided. However, these processes have potential opportunities and prospects. The article discusses the prospects for the development of digitalization of public services in Russia. In particular, the possibilities of creating a metaverse in public administration are described, its pros and cons are considered, and the experience of South Korea in this matter is characterized by the example of the Metaverse Seoul metaverse. In addition, potential opportunities and prospects for digitalization of public services in the transition to the state metaverse are proposed, such as virtual centers for interaction between citizens and government agencies, immersive education and training within the metaverse, the use of simulation and modeling in decision-making in public administration, the involvement of citizens in public administration in the virtual space to increase inclusivity and accessibility public services.
