PLAGIARISM - A TYPE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT

The development of information technologies has led to an increase in the number of cases of intellectual property rights violation. The scientific community has faced the problem of plagiarism. Today, work is being done to protect intellectual property rights. The HAC of the Republic of Belarus has established a special commission, which works to identify cases of plagiarism in dissertations. Work is underway to improve the legal framework aimed at protecting intellectual property. Meanwhile, there are some problematic issues that need to be solved.
