SOCIOLOGICAL AND MANAGERIAL VIEW ON THE PROBLEM OF PRESERVATION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE OBJECTS

Our country has a rich history, which is preserved in ancient monuments. Cultural objects are integral evidence of the past, which are not only part of the national heritage, but also have significant historical, architectural and cultural significance. Preservation of these objects allows to pass on to future generations information about past eras, traditions and culture of their country. Improving the processes of protection and restoration of historical monuments contributes to the formation and development of national identity. Preservation of and respect for historical and cultural heritage helps society to better understand its history, traditions and values, which unites people and contributes to the formation of civic activity. The article presents the results of a specific empirical study devoted to the analysis of the problem of insufficiently effective management of processes related to the preservation of cultural heritage sites.
