Today, society is in a period of large-scale changes. These transformations are caused by both technological (automation, digitalization, the emergence of new technologies) and social processes (globalization, changing management models, greening). Modern youth, being an important part of the world community, does not stay away from global problems. Young people, being the most vulnerable in this context, feel especially strongly the difficulties and crises faced by all sectors of society. Therefore, all countries understand the importance of developing state youth policy and solving social problems of youth to ensure the stability of society. The article examines the role of the state in supporting youth initiatives in conditions of economic uncertainty, types of support and statistical information confirming the effectiveness of the considered support measures. Such measures to support youth initiatives as financial support, education and training, infrastructure support, legislative support and administrative measures, information support and consulting, creation of platforms for interaction, social support for youth were considered. The author concludes that, in general, measures of state support for youth initiatives are effective, which is reflected in the growth of youth entrepreneurship.
