Improving the quality of public services in the context of digitalization in Russia is an important task aimed at improving the interaction of citizens and businesses with government agencies. In recent years, active measures have been taken to digitalize public services based on government programs [5], which leads to increased accessibility, transparency and efficiency. The paper considers the main directions of digitalization of public administration in Russia, its advantages in modern conditions. The problems and solutions in the field of digitalization of public administration in Russian conditions are also identified. The main advantages of digitalization of public administration in Russia are attributed by the author: improving the efficiency of public administration as a result of cost reduction, increasing the level of information transparency of public administration, improving the quality of public services provided, the possibility of personalization and orientation of public services to citizens, improving interaction between government agencies, the ability to receive feedback from citizens. At the same time, the following problems of improving the quality of public services in the context of digitalization were noted: insufficient level of digital literacy, resistance to changes on the part of employees, outdated information and telecommunications infrastructure, insufficient financing of digitalization projects, problems of ensuring cybersecurity, the problem of the irrelevance of some part of the regulatory regulation of digitalization processes due to the long process of lawmaking in the country at an active pace of changes in digital technologies. In accordance with these problems, possible solutions are proposed in the field of improving digital literacy, updating the regulatory framework, and attracting the private sector to finance digitalization processes.
