MODERN APPROACHES TO STATE SUPPORT OF YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Modern youth plays a significant role in shaping the future of the world community. They not only face modern challenges, but also have great potential for innovation. Young people, being at the intersection of various social, economic and political processes, are especially sensitive to changes and crises, which makes them one of the most vulnerable groups in society. The importance of developing a state policy in the field of support for youth entrepreneurship is to create conditions for its full development. In modern conditions, non-traditional approaches to state support of youth entrepreneurship in Russia are used, which is due to various factors. The article examined such modern approaches to government support for youth entrepreneurship as digitalization and online resources, innovative fintech solutions, mentoring programs and accelerators, social and environmental initiatives, and international cooperation. The author comes to the conclusion that the combined application of traditional and modern approaches to state support for youth entrepreneurship makes it possible to create a more effective support system that promotes the development of youth entrepreneurship in a rapidly changing economic and technological environment.
