GUARANTEES OF RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE PROCEDURAL INSTITUTION OF INVOLVEMENT AS AN ACCUSED

Even if a person is brought to the investigation as an accused, the state does not abandon him, but protects his rights. The essence of the concepts of guarantee and what they consist of, the legal nature and features of the protection of the rights of the accused have become the main directions in the cognitive activity of the author. Such protection is justified by the guarantees of the State and the proper execution of justice, including preliminary and subsequent judicial control. The result of the study was the author's understanding of the guarantees of the rights of the accused and the duality in the perception of this phrase.
