The article examines the legal regulation of the institution of surrogacy in foreign countries. Various approaches to regulating this issue are analyzed, including countries where surrogacy is prohibited, allowed and does not have a clear legal regulation. Special attention is paid to countries where surrogacy is allowed, and two main models are distinguished: non-commercial and commercial. The article emphasizes the relevance of studying foreign experience to improve the legal regulation of surrogacy in Russia. The purpose of the study is to identify the specifics of commercial and non—commercial surrogacy in various countries of the world. The objectives of the study include the analysis of legislation and scientific papers on the topic. Research methods include comparative analysis, the study of regulations. The results of the study show that the appeal of sentences in a special order has a number of features that must be taken into account to ensure a fair trial.
