QUESTIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION OF AN INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS IN THE FIELD OF SAFETY IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

The relevance of the study is due to new trends in the adaptation requirements put forward by young professionals from the labor market, the conjugation with which guarantees their professional relevance and competitiveness. Through theoretical research methods, its goal was achieved, which is to substantiate the mechanism for combining the state final certification of graduates of professional educational organizations and an independent assessment of qualifications in the field of safety in emergency situations. According to the results of the study, the conditions for the successful integration of the activities of two structures are formulated, among which a priority role is given to reviewing the qualification requirements of a specialist, taking into account the specifics of his functionality in the context of labor market interactions with professional educational organizations, organizing a demonstration exam and combining the requirements of educational standards with the unification of the approach to issuing final documents. And the implementation of the demonstration exam determines the importance not only of improving the material and technical base for its organization in the practice of professional training of specialists, but also the development of an innovative software product that ensures compliance with the principle of consistency of assessment activities. The results of the study can serve as a basis for studying the substantive aspect of professional qualifications.
