CHILDREN'S TOURISM: LEGAL REGULATION CHARACTERISTICS

It is the purpose of this paper to identify the specifics of the legal regulation of business activity in the field of children's tourism. It is revealed the general nature of regulation and the tendency to liberalize the legal regulation of relations. It is concluded that the task of reducing the risks of children's safety and improving the quality of services in children's tourism can be ensured by specifying the requirements for subjects and the introduction of a special system accounting of them.
